Nominated and inducted by faculty into the national society Pi Kappa Lambda for excellence in music, Brianna Bettis is an active music educator and vocalist. Her accomplishments include teaching music to a wide range of students at Belleview Christian School, conducting in the Colorado Christian University Women’s Choir and the select vocal ensemble Peak Harmony, and running her own private music studio.
Brianna’s teaching experiences include teaching choir, band, and general music for PreK-12th grade students at Belleview Christian School, teaching SAT and ACT prep classes and private tutoring sessions at Baron Education, and conducting music therapy sessions at Bethany Nursing and Rehab. Community outreach has included teaching Taekwon-Do classes through Maestas Taekwon-Do, serving as a member of the worship team at Grace Community Church, and recreating 18th century school lessons and music through the non-profit Living History Days.
Some of her notable performances are playing a lead character (Jane Banks) in the musical Mary Poppins and performing in Colorado Christian University’s Sacred Music Concerts. In addition to her own performances, she created a performance opportunity for private music students by hosting spring recitals in 2022 and 2023.
She is certified as a licensed K-12 music teacher by the State of Colorado, holds a bachelor's degree in Music Education from Colorado Christian University, and is certified by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).
Brianna Bettis lives in Arvada, Colorado. If you drive by her house with your windows down, you might hear her singing in the garage.
